This webinar provides an introduction to routing security, the issues with the global BGP routing system, and the Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security (MANRS) initiative that encourages basic routing security actions including filtering, anti-spoofing, coordination, and address prefix validation. It also introduces participants to available educational resources including online tutorials and implementation guides. A brief demonstration of the MANRS Observatory tool and some practical implementation guidance is also offered.
