Connecting the Dots

Milan as Europe’s New Connectivity Hub

Italy, and Milan specifically, is quickly becoming a key location for connectivity providers. Northern Italy has long been a transportation hub for air, rail, and road traffic but as the country’s digitalization speeds up, the region is becoming increasingly prominent as a center for Internet traffic, too.

Will Milan be at the core of new connections to Africa and the Middle East? How do service providers decide where their next investment will be? And what can enterprises expect when it comes to intercontinental Internet traffic in the region? These are just some of the questions that will be discussed in this webinar session. Experts from the world’s leading connectivity providers, Equinix and Telia Carrier, are joined by Andy Hicks, Principal Analyst from GlobalData.
