Get ready to turn up my service

At Arelion, we pride ourselves on providing plug and play services as our standard. Once our products are ready for service, you can activate them immediately. However, we understand this can be a business critical step for enterprises, especially when migrating from an old supplier to Arelion. That's why we offer service activation support.

To ensure a smooth process, we require pre-planning and five working days advance notice. Our service activation schedule typically runs between 9am to 10pm CET, but we can accommodate outside-of-business-hour activation requests in exceptional cases. As your trusted partner, our Delivery Manager will serve as a single point of contact and arrange a service activation call when needed.
