My Arelion portal gives you full access to the services you buy, and a full view of your underlying service performance. The portal uses the same Open APIs as our customers, and we're continuously adding more data to our Open APIs.     New BGP functionality now live in the portal!

    A new BGP feature has been specifically designed for our IP Transit customers. BGP connection details are now available directly in the portal under “Tools” and in the “Service” - detailed view!
    You can view essential BGP information such as your AS number, AS set, max prefix limit and whether RTBH is enabled. Additionally, we’ve introduced a prefix search tool that allows you to check if a specific prefix is included. To further streamline your operations, you can trigger a filter refresh after making changes, ensuring that updated are applied promptly without needing to contact support. These enhancements give you more visibility and control over your BGP connections.

    Ticket improvements

    We have added new features relating to support tickets in the portal:

    • possibility to filter out alarm tickets
    • show related planned works on ticket level
    • show open tickets and ongoing planned works during ticket creation
    • filter tickets based on category
    • show how the ticket was created in the origin field
    • prefiltering the service selection during colocation and infra ticket creation
    • and more... Check it out in the ticket view! 

    We have also made the ticket API available for you and your developers. All API documentation is available in the Developer section.

    We are happy to announce new features in the portal!
    • DDoS customers can now manually start and stop mitigations for ongoing alerts in the portal. (Note that only manual mitigations can be stopped from the portal.) You can find the buttons to start and stop mitigations next to the relevant alerts, and also in the mitigation section.
    • On the invoice view we have added support for exporting invoice details (invoice lines) to excel and csv for data & infra invoices.  It is now also possible to select a subset of invoices to export.
