Misha Kuperman is the Chief Reliability Officer and GM at Zscaler, and is responsible for Zscaler's Cloud reliability, growth and operations. Misha’s team manages the technology partners, carriers and data centers that participate in the delivery of the Zscaler services.

His team is also responsible for Zscaler’s Commercial & Government Compliance practice and Managed Services. Misha is an accomplished cloud executive with diverse operations and business experience. Before joining Zscaler, Misha spent more than 15 years in the cloud, primarily in the application and content delivery and application acceleration space, taking several companies from concept to global. His last role was running business development in Akamai’s emerging product and enterprise division after Akamai acquired Cotendo where Misha was VP of Operations and ran and supported major technology partnerships.
