There’s a certain kind of person who gets a little bit too excited about networks. Mattias is that guy. If he had a tattoo, it would be of a network. Mattias holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He joined Telia in 1996 and has worked in a number of senior roles at Telia Carrier (now Arelion), most recently as CTO. Since July 2016 he has been Arelion's Chief Evangelist. Mattias’ passion isn’t limited to networks: He has played golf professionally and competed on a high level in both football and floor hockey.

Jesse Robbers is Co-Founder & Executive Board Member of Quantum Delta NL. As Director for Industry & Digital Infrastructure he is coordinating the National & International Quantum (Internet) Network developments. He is also national representative of the EuroQCI Board and member of the Research and Innovation advisory Group (RIAG) of EuroHPC.

Jesse Robbers was Co-Founder of the Dutch GAIA-X Hub, CCO at the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) and Technical Director Benelux at Ericsson Broadcast and Media Services (now REDBee Media). He fulfilled various roles at the Dutch telecom operator KPN. Jesse has held several non-executive board positions in organisations to stimulate new international and joint industry developments, like Digital Infrastructure Nederland (DINL), the Dutch Media Hub (DMH) and the National Agenda Quantum Technology (NAQT).
